Hi, I'm Angela.

I'm a wife, stepmom, daughter, sister, friend, and like so many women, I've spent years trying to be everything for everyone.

For nearly three decades, I built a successful career in the corporate world—leading teams, solving problems, and achieving the goals that looked impressive from the outside. But success came with a cost. Somewhere along the way, I convinced myself that carrying more was simply part of being capable.

Until one day, it wasn't.

Burnout didn't arrive all at once. It happened quietly, hidden beneath accomplishments, responsibilities, and expectations. The more I achieved, the more disconnected I became from myself.

Then life invited me to make a different choice.

After moving across the country and stepping away from the version of success I had always known, I began asking different questions.

Not, "How can I do more?"

But, "What truly matters?"

That question changed everything.

As I explored psychology, personal growth, and the emotional patterns that keep so many women stuck in cycles of over giving and self-abandonment, I realized something important:

Women don't need another person telling them who to become.

They need the space to remember who they've been all along.

That's why I created AEM Higher.

Not as a coaching business.

Not as another self-help program.

But as a place where women can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through practical tools, honest conversations, and intentional living.
